Delivery
- Dogsome.dk arranges delivery using the best possible shipping method once the order has been placed.
- You can note your preferred shipping company in the comments.
- Items in stock are dispatched within 24 hours whenever possible. Delivery takes 1–3 working days. Should an item unexpectedly sell out before the website’s stock information is updated, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates
At DOGSOME, you can choose from various shipping options. If you have a specific shipping request, please write it in the comments at checkout.
Orders over DKK 1,000 qualify for free shipping. (Delivered to a parcel shop)
Returns
We refund all unused items returned in their original packaging, provided that the attached labels are still intact.
Your right of withdrawal is 100 days after receiving the item.
- Use the return label, which you received with your DOGSOME product.
- Pack the item(s) together with the returns slip in suitable packaging. We recommend using the packaging in which the goods were delivered. You may also use different packaging if you wish to do so.
- We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Once your goods have been received and returned to stock, we will notify Nets to refund your money. The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Warranty:
We provide a 2-year warranty, and the warranty period begins when you receive the goods. If we approve the claim, we will refund your return postage costs.
